Re: Opening the Office

Dear Patients:

We hope this finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety.

As we look forward to opening the office to our staff and patients we have set the goal for June 15 when we are assured we are in complete compliance with all the new regulations and proper protection for the staff, as well as patients, are in place. Of course, as always, before this, we will be available for any dental emergencies or questions.

Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice. Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Health Administration (OSHA). In following their recommendations you may see some changes.

Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office followed by a temperature check. If you have any of these symptoms listed please inform us so we may reschedule your appointment for the safety of the staff and other patients.

We have hand sanitizers that we will ask you to use before you enter the office. You will also find them located throughout the office as needed.

You may see that our waiting room will no longer offer magazines, children’s toys, etc. since those items are difficult to disinfect.

Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing. This might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment. Occasional Saturday appointments may also be offered to accommodate the ability to spread out appointment times.

We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any common questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you and every patient safe. To make an appointment, please call our office at 360-715-3333. Thank you for entrusting you and your family’s dental care to us. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming back our patients.

Sincerely,
